This simulation reflects the changes brought by a large internal project such as the implementation of a new IT system or ERP, that has an impact on almost all the departments.
In Cayenne participants have to manage all five phases of the projects set and have to make decisions in a limited time-frame on how to manage the behavior of stakeholders: Steering Committee, Departments, Workers, Users, IT-Team and suppliers. The ultimate goal is to create value by successfully implementing a new system.
