This competitive board game is designed to challenge participants into bringing an old small company up to speed and manage its growth in relation to product diversity, new markets and new technology.

The interdisciplinary teams create a strategy, make a plan, make investments and measure results. Participants are free to choose their field of action and their strategy. Industry focus: this simulation relates to capital intensive industries.
