Riva: Change Management

This boardgame is designed to create a scenario of a company that needs to change. Many people are involved and the change agent needs to find the best strategy how to start moving. Not all people will follow, so how to get all in the boat? Goal is to become aware of the different types of people in a system and to be aware of resistance, early adopters and heavy followers.
