Airbus, an EADS Company, is a leading aircraft manufacturer who owns the most modern and comprehensive product line in Europe.
Our Task: Cenandu used the simulation A&O to create a cash awareness module, by demonstrating the importance of cash throughout the the company’s entire value stream. Seminars were held in France, UK and Germany.

Arvato Systems (Bertelsmann)

Arvato Systems is a subsidiary of Arvato AG, the globally networked media service provider of Bertelsmann AG.
Our tasks: Customizing of Celemi Apples & Oranges® to provide key financial figures for Key Account Management. Seminars took place in Germany.

Daimler AG

The Corporate Business Administration Centre gave the opportunity for a special variant of A&O to be developed by Celemi in 1999. And since 2000, US-GAAP and RONA key figures were incorporated into A&O. This program was actualised by the Finance Academy in 2008 on the new finance indicators.
Our tasks: Customizing of Celemi Apples & Oranges®, seminars on value-based company management with Celemi Tango™. Seminars took place in Germany for the Finance Department of China and the company’s Head Office.

Bayer Technology Services GmbH, a Bayer AG company, is a supplier of technology solutions for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Our tasks: Using the Project management simulation “Signs & Symptomes” to create a sense of increased awareness on risks and stakeholder management. Seminar was held in Germany.

Cement Industy

Cemex AG

Cenandu has run a purchaser training for Cemex in 2007 (based on Decision base).
Our task: Translate the international program into German and bring all 40 purchasers on track with financial indicators and NPV.

Holcim AG

Holcim started a big roll-out for their employees using the simulation A&O.
Our Task: Train-the-Trainer Programme for the German Finance Team, who run the simulation with their own people.

Heidelberger Cement AG

Heidelberger Cement AG is a long-holding customer of Celemi in Sweden.
Our Task: Facilitate their “young professional seminar” with Decision Base for the Scandinavian Group in Stockholm 2009

Deutsche Telekom AG

Telekom Training Campus uses the Simulation Celemi Apples & Oranges® Knowledge to convey the topics of finance, project work, strategy implementation, balanced scorecard and value driving structures. Their internal customers are Project managers. The Trainers come from their own ranks and business administration staff act as facilitators.
Our task: To find the right simulation and Train-the-Trainer

had already addressed the topic of finance for non-financials and needed to prepare employees for roles of project management. Basic business administration knowledge and key figures like EBITD and EVA will be acquired. Tool: Apples & Oranges®
Our task: Facilitation and customised version for Telekom terms for the seminar, focussing on a given objective.

Telekom Training

In the open seminar of Telekom Training the seminar “Finance for non-financials” is offered with Cenandu as facilitator.
Our task: Facilitation and customization of a version of the seminar for Telekom (which has 90 % participants from Telekom itself).
Cenandu also supports Telekom’s in-house training seminars and their customer projects.

E.ON AG

Being one of the leading electricity and gas companies world wide, E.ON pursues a value-based company policy and aims at improved competitiveness and profitable growth.
Our tasks: Management training with Celemi Decision Base® Employee seminars with Celemi Apples & Oranges®, Value discussions using dialogue maps.
 Main project in 2005 for the worldwide ‘One. E.ON –day’.

GEA Group AG

The GEA Group is a globally successful technology group headquartered in Bochum. They have more than 250 companies in 50 countries. Cenandu supported several modules of the GEA Academy curricula employing its network of international facilitators.
Our tasks: Developing seminars with simulations for issues such as:  communication and leadership, sales, supply management, financing projects and claims  management. We used the following Celemi Tools for these: Tango™, Decision Base®, Apples & Oranges®. We worked as partners of the Management Center St. Gallen (Malik) from 2005-2008. In 2007-2008 we supported GEA in the US to train their purchasers in supply management. Cenandu is now developing and facilitating the international Supply Management Curriculum for GEA, collaborating with both internal and external specialists.

West Pharmaceutical Services Deutschland GmbH & Co.

West Pharmaceutical Services is a company based in Lionville , US with the  European Headquarter in Escheiler/Aachen.  West Pharmaceutical Services manufactures components and systems for injectable drug delivery and plastic packaging. See more at LinkedIn.
Our task: For the annual meeting the European Council was invited with 9 members from 5 countries. We had the task to train the group on financial basics and create one language. They should have an easy way to follow the strategic meeting the next day and the targets. The day after the meeting the new topics could be discussed and the big picture of strategy and performance brought into the daily work of production and operating key indicators. The American Balance Sheet was explained.

Merck KGaG

Merck KGaG is a global company, a hybrid between Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals. It is driven by Innovation. Cenandu supported its international ‘High Potential Program’ for several years.
Our task: The whole program consists of one week intensive learning of management aspects during which Cenandu connects the financial and business perspective with leadership. As Merck believes, in a learning organisation, it is not enough to know, you need to apply. Tango™ was the Celemi tool used.
