Seminars for your issues

Three big topics in 2011:  Cash – Talent – Innovation

In the crisis most of our customers had issues on cash, cash flow and Ebit. We trained line managers for the big picture, we helped young managers in their development for understanding business and the financial language.

Today there are new (old) topics – Talent Management, how to get new talents in, how to develop them in strategic thinking and how to integrate them into the running system. Their challenge: What is my part in the system, how to connect on a global level and reflection on personality and behaviour in groups and teams. One important issue: How to get them innovative? Can they lead change?

Innovation is the key to success! But Innovation is more than processes – it is about people, talents and culture. Some companies lack the radical will to change, sitting on old successes – optimising. They need breakthrough thinking and behaviour. Others have been very innovative and successful, but lack structure and processes to keep costs down.

Strategic thinking, experimental behaviour and decision making in an uncertain area is what companies need from their managers today. Not the analytic, not the bench maker. It is the ability to think and communicate with peers and employees.
