Handle large projects in a company

May I recommend a book to you that I was reading on my trip to Italy and could not stop getting more …. “Red zone Management” which is called “Projectmanagement for the CEO”
This book is very good and fits absolutely in the discussion we started in the Celemi Simulation Cayenne – what is the risk of the big project and how to handle it. I think this book can be part of the simulation – nearly every step is in there. The book is written by an american consulant and very much from practical perspective.

It is describing several project types:With Red Zone training, your team will be ready to win during:

· Mergers/Acquisitions

· Reengineering

· Changing Competitive Strategy

· ERP Implementation

· E-Business Implementation

· CRM Implementation

· Culture Change

They describe the general situation of a red zone project – which is a project that can kill you or bring you into a new strategic zone. I have looked up in amazone and you can buy this book used for half a dollar !It was published in 2001 – somehow old – but still so valid!

There is also a very interesting web page https://www.redzonemanagement.com/principles.html
I think Celemi has the simulation for the book, and Dutch has the book for the simulation. For any ideas or comments – please contact me.May I recommend a book to you that I was reading on my trip to Italy and could not stop getting more …. “Red zone Management” which is called “Projectmanagement for the CEO”
